These terms govern your use of Hissiniās website, apps, and marketplace. By creating an account or using the service, you agree to them. Payments, refunds, and payouts are also covered in the Payments & Refunds Policy.

These Terms & Conditions (āTermsā) are a contract between you and Hissini, Handan A 7, 100-Torshavn, Faroe Islands. If you use Hissini on behalf of a company, you confirm you have authority to bind that company.
Additional policies you accept in the app (upload agreement, paid-view policy, purchase agreement, and deal contracts) form part of this contract for those activities.
Hissini is a creative marketplace. Inspirers and actors can upload ideas (text, audio, video, lyrics, dialogue, and similar). Genre experts may review submissions before they go public. Artists and producers can browse previews, unlock full content according to their plan, and purchase usage rights or ownership when they want to use an idea in a project.
We provide the platform, policy capture, payment routing, invoices, and payout tools. We are not a law firm, publisher, or talent agent, and we do not guarantee that any idea will be purchased or that any project will succeed.
You retain copyright in original work you upload until a completed deal says otherwise. By uploading, you grant Hissini a licence to host, preview, transcode, display, and promote that content on the platform so other users can discover and, where applicable, buy it.
You confirm that your submission is original (or that you have all rights needed), does not infringe third-party IP, and does not contain unlawful material. We may review, refuse, hide, or remove content, including for quality, duplicates, or legal risk. If infringement is found, we may ban the account and cooperate with rights holders.
Browsing thumbnails, trailers, and short previews is generally free. Full content may require a subscription view, a paid unlock, or a completed purchase, as shown in the app.
Viewing or unlocking content does not give you the right to copy it, redistribute it, train models on it, or use it in a production except as allowed by these Terms and any purchase agreement you complete. Rights remain with the creator until a deal is paid and confirmed on Hissini.
When you buy content, you must accept the purchase policy then in force. The binding deal is the purchase agreement generated on Hissini (including the PDF record after payment confirmation). Rights take effect only after payment is confirmed on the platform.
Deals use one of the rights models offered at checkout, typically:
Artists and producers may use a free or paid plan that limits how many full-content views they can use in a billing period. Plan names, prices, currencies, and limits are shown in the app at purchase time and may change for future periods.
Paid plans renew for the stated period unless cancelled before renewal, where auto-renewal is offered. Cancelling stops the next charge; it does not usually refund the current period. Store-billed plans follow Apple or Google rules. Details are in the Payments & Refunds Policy.
Inspirers may earn when approved content is purchased. Hissini may deduct a platform fee shown at the time of the sale or payout. Net amounts can be withdrawn through the in-app payout flow once available. You are responsible for taxes on your earnings and for providing accurate payout details.
Artists are encouraged to credit Inspirers (for example via thumbs-up and username mention) when they draw inspiration from a post. Leaderboards are promotional recognition, not a guarantee of payment. Do not manipulate votes or rankings.
The Hissini name, logos, software, and site design are owned by Hissini or our licensors. You may not copy them except as needed to use the service.
The platform is provided āas isā. Expert review improves quality but does not guarantee originality, legal clearance, or fitness for a particular production. Availability, search results, and earnings can change. To the extent allowed by law, we disclaim implied warranties of merchantability, fitness, and non-infringement.
Nothing in these Terms limits liability that cannot be limited by law (including for death or personal injury caused by negligence, or fraud).
Otherwise, Hissini is not liable for lost profits, lost data, indirect or consequential loss, or disputes between users about creative credit, except where we failed to operate payments or the platform with reasonable care. Our total liability arising out of the service is limited to the fees you paid us in the 12 months before the claim, or EUR 100 if you paid nothing.
You will indemnify Hissini against claims, damages, and reasonable costs arising from content you upload, your use of purchased content beyond the agreement, or your breach of these Terms, except to the extent caused by our own negligence.
These Terms are governed by the laws of the Faroe Islands. You agree that courts of the Faroe Islands have jurisdiction, except that consumers may also bring claims in their country of residence where mandatory law says so.
Users must first try to resolve deal and payment disputes through Hissini support (support@hissini.com) before court action, unless urgent injunctive relief is needed.
We may update these Terms. The āLast updatedā date will change. If you continue using Hissini after an update, you accept the new Terms. You may stop using the service and close your account at any time. Provisions that should survive (including IP, purchased rights, payment records, liability, and indemnity) remain in force.
