These Subscription Terms apply only to Hissini membership / subscription plans (free or paid). They are separate from the general Terms & Conditions that cover the marketplace, uploads, and content purchases. If you buy content or rights, the general Terms, the purchase agreement, and the Payments & Refunds Policy also apply.

These Subscription Terms are a contract between you and ÍVF Hissini, Jákup Nolsøesgøta 18, FO-100 Tórshavn, Faroe Islands (registration number 8083). Contact: support@hissini.com.
By starting, upgrading, renewing, or continuing a subscription after you have been shown these terms, you agree to them.
A Hissini subscription (also called a membership or plan) is a time-limited right to use platform features tied to that plan — typically a higher number of full-content views and/or profile views in a billing period, as shown at checkout.
A subscription is not a purchase of creator content, does not transfer copyright, and does not give you production rights in any idea. Content purchases and rights deals are separate transactions under the general Terms and the deal contract.
Paid subscriptions billed by Hissini are charged through our payment providers (including QuickPay / Clearhaus where enabled). You authorise us to charge the payment method you use for the initial period and for each renewal while the subscription remains active.
If a renewal charge fails, we may suspend paid benefits until payment succeeds or the plan ends.
If you subscribe through the Apple App Store or Google Play, Apple or Google bills you. Those store subscriptions follow Apple’s or Google’s billing and cancellation rules in addition to these Subscription Terms.
Where auto-renewal is offered, a paid plan renews for a new period of the same length at the then-current price for that plan, unless you cancel before the renewal charge.
We will not treat a free plan as a paid auto-renewal without your separate purchase of a paid plan.
You may cancel a Hissini-billed paid subscription from account settings where available, or by emailing support@hissini.com from the email on your account.
Cancellation stops the next renewal. You keep the paid benefits until the end of the current paid period, unless mandatory law requires otherwise or we state a different rule for a specific promotion.
Apple or Google subscriptions must be cancelled in your Apple ID or Google Play account settings. Deleting the Hissini app does not cancel a store subscription.
Subscription access is digital. Once a paid period has started and access has been provided, the charge for that period is generally final and non-refundable, except where mandatory consumer law requires a refund or we failed to provide the paid access you bought.
We will consider a refund or reversal for duplicate charges, failed delivery of access that we cannot fix, or unauthorised use of your payment method after review.
Details that also apply to marketplace purchases are in the Payments & Refunds Policy. Where these Subscription Terms and that policy both apply to subscriptions, these Subscription Terms control for plan-specific rules.
We may update how views are counted, which features sit behind a plan, or which plans are offered. If a change materially reduces paid benefits mid-period, we may extend access, offer a comparable plan, or refund the unused portion of that period at our discretion or as required by law.
Subscriptions are for your account only. Sharing login credentials to evade view limits, or using automation to exhaust views, may lead to suspension without refund for the current period.
If your account is closed for breach of the general Terms, we may end the subscription immediately without a refund for unused days, except where the law requires otherwise.
These Subscription Terms are governed by the laws of the Faroe Islands. Courts of the Faroe Islands have jurisdiction, except that consumers may also bring claims in their country of residence where mandatory law allows.
